Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Smart Invoice System
Desktop Application
- This application completely runs in client's own office. We don't save any data to our server; all data is saved in the client's office.
- We charge for this application based on users. Our basic terms include five user licenses. Additional users require extra charges.
- Subscription fee will increase 10% every year.
- Both parties can cancel this subscription with one month notice period.
- Payment must be made within the 5th of every month and should be upfront or prepaid. If payment is not made on time, we will inform continuously and wait for a certain period. After that, the cancellation policy will be activated.
- For enrollment, every upcoming and existing client must sign our newly launched Digital signing where all terms & conditions are included. Otherwise the service will be interrupted and one month cancellation period will be automatically activated.
- We will inform each client regarding every update which will be made from time to time by email.
