Smart invoice System (Desktop Application):

  1. This application completely run in client own office. So that we don’t save any data to our server, all the data saved in client’s office.
  2. We charges for this application on users. Our basic terms, every client can use the product with five users license and charges on that process. If any client wants to use more users then they have to pay extra charges for additional users.
  3. Subscription fee will be increase 10% in every year.
  4. Both parties can cancel this subscription within one month notice period.
  5. Payment must be done within 5th of every month and should be upfront or prepaid. If the payment do not make on time, we will inform continuously to make payment and wait till a certain period. After that the cancelation policy will be activated.
  6. For the enrolment, every upcoming client and existing client have to sign our newly launches Digital signing where all the terms & conditions will be included. Otherwise the service will be interrupt and one month cancellation period will be automatically activated.
  7. We will inform each client regarding our every update which will be make time to time my email.

Smart invoice System (WEB/ Cloud Application):

  1. In this application we save our client’s data which are completely safe and secure. We do not use any client’s data for marketing purpose at any cost.
  2. We consider these data as Company’s assets. We don’t save any company’s Debit / Credit Card’s details.
  3. We only save receipt information.
  4. We do backup all data’s every night. But accidentally if any disaster occurs at server , then we have nothing to do. But we always save one week’s data, so that if needed we can re-store that.
  5. You have to have a hard copy or printed copy of every transaction just for safety reason.
  6. Thus this is a web application, so we highly recommended every client to change their password in every week / month. And don’t share the password with anyone to keep safe.
  7. We are not responsible for any kind of hacking or male-function. We just host the application and backup the data. in our own database system.
  8. Both parties can cancel this subscription within one month notice period.

  1. We are Amadeus Certified Developer Company, we provide booking engine service.
  2. The payment should be set by monthly standing order and must be cleared within 5th of every month and should be upfront or prepaid, because of we have to maintain our server cost and API service provider.
  3. As it is related with API service provider, so that to cancel this subscription should be within three months notice period along with three month payments in advance. Without three months notice period this service will not be terminated and you have to pay monthly charges as well. Any kind of peruse or negotiation will not be granted.
  4. Payment must be done within 5th of every month and should be upfront or prepaid. It the payment do not make on time, we will inform continuously to make payment and wait till a certain period. After that the cancelation policy will be activated.

As it is related with API service provider and as well as Hotel Service Provider, so that to cancel this subscription should be within three months notice period along with three month payments in advance. Without three months notice period this service will not be terminated and you have to pay monthly charges as well. Any kind of peruse or negotiation will not be granted.
